Beat HIV Tarrant County connects people living with HIV with resources that put wellness within their reach, from health care and medications to housing, counseling, and more.
Who we are
The Tarrant County HIV Administrative Agency
BeatHIVTC.org is a public resource hub supported by the Tarrant County HIV Administrative Agency, based in Fort Worth. We manage HIV care funding and help coordinate a network of providers and support organizations so people living with HIV can get connected to care and stay in care.
We administer and monitor Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funding, supporting services that help individuals living with HIV who do not have sufficient health coverage or financial resources to manage their care.
What we do
We support the community by focusing on four core responsibilities:
• Administer funding: Develop grant applications, receive and distribute program funds, and manage contracts.
• Monitor quality and performance: Contract monitoring, quality assurance, and required reporting.
• Support access to care: Help ensure services are available across the region through funded providers.
• Connect people to resources: Make it easier to find services, providers, and next steps.
Who we serve
The Tarrant County Ryan White service region includes Tarrant County and seven surrounding counties: Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, and Wise. Together, this region provides HIV-related services to more than 3,000 people each year.
This includes the Part A Fort Worth Arlington Transitional Grant Area and a Part B Health Service Delivery Area across eight counties.
